After the rental
How does returning the devices work?
You are free to choose between
• Us doing it for you. Our customer service will contact you at the end of the rental period, discuss the collection details with you, commission the shipping company, then send the freight documents.
• You organising the collection or even returning the equipment yourself. We are also happy to arrange an appointment outside our regular hours (9:00 am to 4:00 pm).
Please note that if you organise the transportation yourself, the liability for the rental equipment (despite secured rental) lies with you.

What happens to my personal details after the end of the rental period? (login data, files, etc.)
All data such as login data, files, photos, pictures or company-internal programmes are deleted at the end of the rental period in accordance with a defined process. All rented devices are reloaded with the operating system software after use and thus restored to their original state.

Can I buy rented equipment afterwards?
Generally speaking, the rented devices are available for purchase at any time. We will be happy to prepare a tailor-made quote for you.
