Printing via iPhone or Android is possible with our new HP models. Generally speaking, any printer can print via iPhone or Android if it has an Air Print function.

Who covers the costs of maintenance and repair?

Maintenance and repairs are carried out by XTR. The person renting the device only has to cover the costs in the event of obvious damage on their own part.

Does XTR take care of the printer set-up or installation?

We take care of the printer set-up. If required, we can also handle the assembly and on-site service for a fee.

What is included in the printer delivery package?

The delivery includes one opened toner or ink cartridge plus 30-50 sheets of printer paper. Additional paper may be ordered for a fee. If you tell us at the beginning of the order that you require large volumes of printing, we can calculate the corresponding toner requirement and include it in the order.

What does it cost to rent a printer?

The price depends on the size of the device — whether you are renting an A4 printer, A3 printer or a multifunction printer. Another decisive factor in the rental price calculation is the rental period.

The print volume also plays a role in printer rental. The first 100 printed pages are included. After that, you will be charged in accordance with the print format (A3 or A4) and the print colour (colour or black and white).

If large printing volumes can be predicted in advance, additional ink or toner will be included in the price accordingly.

If you regularly need to scan or copy large volumes of double-sided documents, you should select a printer with RSPF or DSPF. With RSPF, the document is automatically flipped and scanned from both sides; with DSPF, the document is scanned from both sides simultaneously.
