You can secure your iPad through our safe-rental option. If the conditions in the clauses are met, we will cover the damage in full.

Is it possible to buy the iPad at the end of the rental period?
You can also purchase the rented iPad at the end of the rental period. We will be happy to generate a quote for you.

What costs will I be charged in addition to the rental fee?
You will only be charged further costs if you book additional services (e.g. transport, assembly and dismantling, insurance, etc.), or if you wish to have special apps pre-installed.

Can I determine the rental period myself?
The rental period is determined in consultation with you based on your specific wishes and ideas. Generally speaking, our equipment is available to lease for as little as one day.

How are the rental costs paid?
Depending on the rental period, we will send you an invoice. For a rental period of 1 month, for example, we will invoice you 1 month in advance.

How quickly will the iPad be delivered?
Provided the desired devices are in stock, they can be collected or dispatched on the same day. If special apps are to be pre-installed, this delays the delivery or collection by one day.

What is included in the rental package?
You will receive the iPad with a standard protective case as well as the charging cable and power adapter. You are welcome to rent the Apple Pencil or Keyboard as well as services additionally for a fee.

The iPad suddenly stops working, but I need it urgently. How can I get help quickly?
Our technical support is available by phone outside our opening hours. We can generally provide you with a replacement device immediately. A careful technical inspection is carried out on each device before dispatch.
