How can I rent a video wall?

XTR will advise you fully on the various possible ways of assembling a video wall. When everything is put together in accordance with your needs and ideas, you will receive a tailor-made quote.

Our technicians bring all cables, connections and the appropriate tools and install the video wall on site. This means you don’t have to rent a trailer to transport the wall to your chosen location.   All details are adapted in consultation with you.

After you have finished using the video wall, the XTR technicians come and completely dismantle everything. This means that you do not have to face any technical challenges and are free to focus on your event or trade fair.

Rent a video wall and attract attention

Renting a video wall gets you a large presentation area. Whether it’s for showing your image film or presenting your new product — you definitely cannot be missed!

A video wall allows you to attract a lot of attention and present impressively large images or videos. Even the smallest event becomes a big highlight.

 

How a video wall / split wall works

The video wall consists of several displays that are put together to form a large screen. Only the extremely narrow display frames are visible on closer inspection.

You have free rein as regards the display layout. Whether it’s the standard 2x2, 3x3, 4x4 etc. variants or a free composition, it’s up to you. They are mounted either directly on the wall or free-standing in the room using a scaffold.

When everything is mounted in place, the displays are calibrated and set up accordingly. Your video or images are then displayed over the entire surface.

 

Videowall vs. LED wall – what are the differences?

The video wall consists of individual displays put together to form a large screen. An LED wall , on the other hand, is made up of smaller modules and therefore has a much more complex design.

The advantage of an LED wall is the uniform screen, or a smooth transition, as the experts would say. In a video wall, on the other hand, the thin frames of the individual displays are visible on closer inspection.

The picture quality of a video wall is very good at a short viewing distance. The greater the distance and the poorer the viewing conditions, the more the LED wall cannot be beaten. From brightness to contrast and glare-free properties, the LED wall is an absolute eye-catcher and offers the highest quality image even from a distance.

The price difference between these two types of walls is not to be sneezed at. The LED wall has a much more complex design, which is why the video wall is available at a lower price. However, it is important to note that the assembly and set-up of the video wall play a significant role in producing the perfect picture.

A video wall for the trade fair stand is an optimal eye-catcher and informs visitors even at a distance that there is something to see at your stand.
