How long can I rent displays from XTR Global? Is there a minimum rental period?

There is no minimum rental period. You can rent the displays for as long as you need them. There is also the possibility to keep the rental end open and extend it as you wish.

What is the delivery and installation of the displays like?

We will gladly deliver the rented displays to you. If desired, we also take over the installation and setup on site.

Who is liable for damages to rented displays?

With our "Rent Safely" option, we are fully liable for damages, provided all clauses are met. You can read more details here.

Can I buy the displays at the end of the rental period?

In principle, it is possible to purchase our equipment after the end of the rental period. Please do not hesitate to contact us!

Rent a display: Lease a screen, monitor or TV Rent a screen, monitor or TV

Lease displays as spaces for presenting content at your event or trade fair stand. From PC monitors to large LED walls — the world of displays is extensive and offers endless possibilities. You can rent TVs, large format displays (LFD), touchscreens, PC monitors or curved monitors as well as video or LED walls from us.

We carry equipment from well-known manufacturers such as iiyama, Samsung, NEC, HP, Lenovo, LG or Fujitsu — and many other brands. Screens measuring from 19 inches to 98 inches are available to lease. Our equipment features the latest technologies with QLED, OLED and UHD 4K resolution.

Lease a display: a solution for all sectors


You can lease PC monitors to equip a temporary workstation. Be it for a home office workstation or the standard temporary intern’s desk fit-out. We also have high-resolution gamer monitors available to rent.

 

You can rent TVs, for example, for your meeting room in the office or for public screening events such as the European Football Championship or the World Cup. A Smart TV or television can also be used to deliver entertaining presentations.  

 

Large Format Displays, also known as LFDs, are ideal for continuous operation at your event or trade fair. Professional B2B displays offering up to 24 hours of operating time and high light output are also available. To attract attention, LF displays can also be used as presentation surfaces, information boards or advertising screens.

 

By renting touchscreens, you can get your visitors involved and have them interact, thus making your trade fair appearance a memorable one. Displays with touch function can be used as infotainment to retrieve information or for enjoyable experiences such as games, virtual company tours or for your presentation.

Our totems and standing desks are robust and elegant steel housings with built-in touch displays. The display is thus optimally protected and the laptop or PC used for transmission disappears into the housing. This is an all-round safe and eye-catching way to integrate the touch monitors for all your visitors.

 

Have you got big plans? If so, you can rent a video wall or rent an LED wall. The difference between the two variants: the LED wall offers a flush large screen with high-resolution LED modules. The video wall, or split wall, is the cost-effective alternative and consists of displays lined up side by side. Both variants are flexible in size and design.

You can rent our displays for just one day, one week or even for long-term use. We are just as flexible with regard to the rental period as we are on the number of devices required.
